This is not a conference room. This is a beachfront luxury resort on the California coast — ocean views, private beach access, spa, pool, and the kind of physical environment that lets the body actually soften.
The setting is intentional. When your surroundings feel safe and expansive, the deeper work becomes possible. Three days here is not a vacation — it is an expansion of the Greenhouse, an invitation to go deeper. This will be the most important work you will do this year.
STAY runs on-site at Zachari Dunes. Sessions, meals, and the unstructured time in between all unfold at the resort — so on-site lodging is what we recommend. You're never more than a walk away from what's happening.
Your own all-suite room at the resort — full living area, two baths, steps from the sand. Walk to every session and every meal. Includes the $35/night resort fee; lower end = garden/pool view, upper end = Ocean Front. We may secure a group rate once dates are confirmed.
Same on-site suite, split with another attendee — two full baths and a separate living area make sharing comfortable. We'll help match willing attendees who prefer to share. Let us know on your application.
If staying on-site isn't in the budget, a small group of attendees may opt to share an off-site Airbnb on Hollywood Beach for roughly $600–$1,000/person all-in (3 nights). Limited to about 7 spots, and you'd commute to Zachari Dunes for every session and meal. Indicate interest on your application and we'll share the details directly.
