Soul Body Mind Fit™ and Soul Body Mind OS™ (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have when you visit our websites and landing pages or use the Soul Body Mind OS™ application (together, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to this Policy.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us

Account & contact details — your name, email address, phone number, and password (passwords are stored in a securely hashed form).
Application & opt-in information — answers you give on our application and opt-in forms, such as your goals, challenges, and what you have tried before.
Daily practice content — journal entries, written reflections, emotional check-ins, weekly intentions, and the daily promises you choose to record in the app.
Body & wellbeing data — weight entries and related body-response information you choose to log.
Coaching conversations — the messages you send to our “Ask Colin AI” coaching feature.
Purchase information — when you buy, payment is handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card number.

Information collected automatically

Cookies & similar technologies — including a login/session cookie, a timezone cookie that personalizes your daily experience, and advertising/analytics cookies.
Device & usage data — such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and how you interact with the Services.
Advertising & conversion tracking — we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the performance of our ads on Facebook and Instagram.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide, operate, and personalize the Services and your daily practice.
To power the Ask Colin AI coaching feature and tailor it to your progress.
To send transactional messages (welcome, account, and service emails).
To send marketing and educational emails or texts where you have opted in (you can opt out at any time).
To measure and improve our marketing, including ad conversion tracking.
To maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with our legal obligations.

4. Cookies, Pixels & Advertising

We use cookies and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors find and use our Services and to measure ad conversions across Facebook and Instagram. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can manage ad personalization in your Facebook or Instagram settings or at facebook.com/about/ads.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

Service providers who help us run the Services, including: SendGrid / Twilio (email and SMS delivery), OpenAI (processing Ask Colin AI conversations), Meta Platforms (ad measurement via the Pixel), our payment and checkout providers (processing purchases), and scheduling tools (booking calls).
Legal & safety — when required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our members, the public, or us.
Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

6. Sensitive Wellbeing Information

Some information you choose to share — such as your weight, emotions, and personal reflections — is sensitive. We treat it with care, use it only to provide and personalize the Services, and never sell it. You can delete this content, or ask us to delete it, at any time.

Ask Colin AI is not medical or mental-health care. It is an educational coaching tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe, and your messages are processed by our AI provider (OpenAI) to generate responses. In an emergency, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services — do not rely on the app.

7. Health & Medical Disclaimer

Our content — including any peptide, hormone, or nutrition information — is educational only and is not medical advice. Please consult a licensed healthcare provider before beginning any protocol.

8. Email & Text Communications

With your consent, we send marketing and educational messages. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, and stop texts by replying STOP. We may still send you essential account or transactional messages.

9. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion at any time.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your information, and to opt out of marketing or certain uses of your data.

California (CCPA/CPRA): the rights to know, delete, and correct your information, and to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of it. We do not sell your information.
EEA / UK (GDPR): the rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to processing, and data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.

11. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including password hashing and encrypted data transport — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

13. International Users

We are based in the United States, and your information may be processed there. By using the Services, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here with a new “Last Updated” date.
